I know that many artists like to create two pages spreads. I do so on occasion. For some reason, a one page spread is usually my preferred way of working. The amusing thing about that is my favorite size is usually large (I find small pages challenging, which is exactly why I like to make my own journals and with each book I make, I change the size and construction.)
